This was only my 3rd half marathon and I'm proud to say, completed in 1 hour, 50 minutes. The remarkable thing about this race is that you park at either the START or the FINISH and it buses you back to your car.
I opted to park at the finish and be right at my car in the end.
The race course runs along Hwy 56 from Carmel Valley Rd, through Torrey Pines State Park into a finish near the beach. Remarkable!!
With a 714 foot elevation drop, the course is very fast.
