Easy alternatives to eliminating your caffeine addiction
Caffeine is a stimulant, which means it increases activity in your brain and nervous system. It also increases the circulation of chemicals such as cortisol and adrenaline in the body. In small doses, caffeine can make you feel refreshed and focused.
The ones that consume coffee also claim problems with:
Restlessness and shakiness
Fast heart rate
Dependency (meaning you need to take more of it to get the same results)
Why else is there a coffee shop on every corner?
Because if you have these symptoms in this list above, your easier to control and you're more compliant.
It's reported that Bill Gates played a major role in August of 1987 in helping Howard Schultz land the deal to buy Starbucks.
Caffeine affects the heart in multiple ways. Firstly, it promotes the release of noradrenaline and norepinephrine. Among other things, these hormones increase heart rate and blood pressure. Additionally, caffeine can act on enzymes that stimulate heart contractions, causing the heart to contract with more force.

This is one of my favorite. Super rich, tastes amazing and only .008 mg per cup of caffeine. Your regular cup of coffee average 250 mg per cup.
Claiming to be less acidic and chemical free, this one tops the list. I've tried this and it's very good. Comes in Light, Medium, and Dark Roast options.
The healing effects of cacao are numerous. Nearly every man I work with I recommending ordering some ceremonial grade cacao and using it for a heart opener.
This is a great option if you want a coffee/cacao replacement.
If you're looking to do a traditional cacao ceremony, I highly recommend it.
You need pure, ceremonial grade cacao - I buy mine from Sacred Sons.
Here's a ingredients list of doing a cacao ceremony.
30 grams = 2 spoonfuls of cacao - Shave it thin to powder or fragments
Coconut milk - canned is delicious
Organic Almond or Oat milk
Honey or panella
Ghee or butter
1/2 inch of banana
Melt in pan - add small amount of almond mild. Turns to paste, add more almond milk.
Repeat till melted and not pasty.
Add other ingredients.
Pour it into a small cup, offer a prayer to the mixture as a medicine and ask God to open your heart. Sit on the couch and consume it slowly, sit back and let it soothe you in about 30-45 minutes.
Gentlemen, I encourage you to commit to a life free of caffeine. If you can't stop, ween off. Do one cup of one of the options above and one cup of your regular and in time, your body will release you of it's addiction to caffeine.
